Fiasco catering was established by Samantha Pigeon, Elyana Fracasso, and Taylor Quinn in 2024. We are close friends who have a love for all things charcuterie! We began by creating charcuterie boards together for fun and quickly realized we had found a true passion for turning food into art. What started as a hobby quickly turned into a fun business adventure. We specialize in designing custom charcuterie creations for every event & celebration in Montreal.
